Noelle Roe, LCMFT, RPT

Noelle obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from Wichita State University in 2008, her Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Friends University in 2013, and her Play Therapy Certification from KC Play in 2013.

After graduation, Noelle opened a private practice in Wichita where she focused on working with children and their families. Noelle simultaneously worked for FCS Counseling as a school-based therapist for a year following graduation. During that time, she worked at three different elementary schools. At the end of 2014, Noelle resigned her position with FCS Counseling in order to work at her private practice full time. She worked with clients both in office and home based. During that time, Noelle gained experience in working with infants and toddlers. Noelle currently has offices in Wichita and Winfield, KS.

Noelle works with clients of all ages and frequently client’s family members as well. Noelle utilizes Theraplay, Sand Tray, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), activities informed by the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), and mindfulness techniques. Noelle believes that the expressive, whole-brain nature of play therapy can be beneficial to clients of any age.
