Attachment: Creating Connection through Play Therapy

Students will learn the basic foundations of attachment theory, models of attachment play therapy and foundations of attachment play therapy treatment theories.  Assessment techniques using play therapy will be reviewed.

Objectives:
1.  The workshop will provide an overview of attachment play therapy techniques through instruction, case studies, demonstration and experiential engagement.
2.  The workshop will provide an overview of play therapy session planning and strategies for working with parents using attachment play therapy techniques and concepts.
