Additional Information: Much of the way I approach supervision is congruent with a feminist method of supervision. I work to create a collaborative environment while facilitating my supervisees becoming more confident in themselves and their own working models of therapy. I believe that both supervisees and client systems are best served by discussing multiple perspectives on a situation. I work to check in often with my supervisees in order to ensure any guidance I have offered fits with them and what they know of the client system. I invite my supervisees to disagree with me, as I do not view myself as all knowing or infallible.
