3-hour workshop = $750
6-hour workshop = $1,500
12-hour workshop = $3,000
Additional Fees: Reimbursement for supply and print fee expenses. If the location of the workshop is outside of the Kansas City metro, additional fees will apply for hotel, travel and per diem expenses. If training is held at Heartland Play, there will be an additional site fee of $200/day. If CEs are requested, there will be an additional fee of $15 per person.
