Leah earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Bethel College in North Newton, KS in 2013 and her Masters in Social Work from University of Kansas in 2016. She has experience working with children and families in a community mental health setting, working with adults and children in a domestic violence shelter, and is now in her third year of private practice. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about working with and supporting immigrant families. She uses various modalities in her work including EMDR, sand tray therapy, attachment-based play therapies, and CBT techniques.
